Five axis simulation turntable
The five axis simulation turntable can simulate various postures of the aircraft in its working environment, realistically reproduce the relevant mechanical characteristics in actual flight, and is mainly used for simulating the spatial posture motion test of inertial components. It has high dynamic response capability, high load, position, velocity, sine wave oscillation, and five axis linkage simulation functions, and can be used for semi physical simulation tests of airborne optoelectronic systems.
Its mechanical structure mainly includes a three-axis turntable that simulates the attitude motion of the aircraft and a two axis turntable that simulates the relative motion of the target; Each axis has position, velocity, sway, and simulation functions, providing a simulated motion environment for loads such as aircraft, guidance heads, and target simulators. The three-axis turntable adopts an O-U-T structure to simulate the three degrees of freedom rotation of the aircraft: roll, yaw, and pitch; The two axis turntable adopts an O-U structure to achieve two degrees of freedom rotation in azimuth and height, simulating the relative motion (pitch, yaw line of sight) relationship between the aircraft and the target.
Maximum load: three-axis turntable: ≥ 35kg (including installation fixtures); Two axis turntable: ≥ 80kg (including installation fixtures);
Load size: Three axis turntable: ≤φ 300mm × 600mm; Two axis turntable: ≤φ 300mm × 400mm;
Intersection between three-axis and two axes: ≤ 1mm radius sphere;
Verticality of two axes: ± 10 ″;
Tilt angle rotation error: ± 10 ″;
The external dimensions of the mechanical platform are approximately: length 5000 x width 2500 x height 3600mm;
Weight: Approximately 15000kg.
