High speed single axis temperature control turntable
The single axis temperature control turntable can conduct temperature characteristic tests on MEMS gyroscopes, obtain the modal resonance frequency and quality factor of MEMS gyroscopes as a function of temperature, and thus provide a segmented temperature compensation method. Zero bias measurement during startup process; Zero bias measurement at different temperatures; Measurement of MEMS gyroscope errors caused by temperature changes; Zero measurement at different temperatures after taking temperature compensation measures; We can provide a comprehensive testing and evaluation report.
