multi-tooth indexing table
The multi tooth indexing table is a precision instrument for detecting angles. It can be used as an angle reference for measurement or as an indexing device for precision machining. It is used in conjunction with a photoelectric autocollimator to detect high-precision angle devices such as polyhedral prisms, angle block gauges, and optical prisms with an angle base of 360 °/n (where n is the number of teeth). It can be used as an indexing device for machining precision parts with high angle requirements (such as hole position, vertical plane, parallel plane, etc.) on ordinary milling, boring, grinding and other machine tools. The subdivision and combination differential of the multi tooth indexing table can also perform high-precision measurement of any angle. The DFT series precision multi tooth indexing table has the characteristics of high indexing accuracy, good repeatability, strong stability, automatic centering, simple structure, and easy operation.
