The DT450WK rate position temperature controlled single axis turntable can conduct temperature characteristic tests on MEMS gyroscopes, obtain the relationship curve between the modal resonance frequency and quality factor of MEMS gyroscopes with temperature changes, and thus provide a segmented temperature compensation method.
