On April 8, 2022, Ke Zunyu, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jiujiang Economic Development Zone, led a team to Jiujiang Ruyang Precision Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a progress survey on the construction of the Jiangxi Quantum Communication Industry Base project. Secretary Ke Zunyu and his delegation first visited the construction base of Jiangxi Quantum Communication Industry Park project for inspection, inquiring in detail about the progress of company establishment and project building construction. The Jiangxi Quantum Communication Industry Base project is led by the People's Government of Jiujiang City, and jointly constructed with units such as University of Science and Technology of China, Guoke Quantum Communication Network Co., Ltd., and Jiujiang Ruyang Precision Technology Co., Ltd. The project mainly focuses on the construction of a quantum technology secure communication backbone network to create a scientific research achievement transformation platform serving quantum communication, ultimately forming an industrial cluster based on the quantum communication industry chain for equipment production, network construction, application services, etc.

Arriving at Jiujiang Ruyang Precision Technology Co., Ltd., Secretary Ke Zunyu and his delegation went deep into the workshop to observe and inspect the company's Ruyang articulated arm coordinate measuring machine, inertial testing turntable, and satellite tracking turntable production lines. They listened to General Manager Guan Bingliang's introduction on the company's quantum satellite tracking turntable product research and development and market expansion plan. Secretary Ke Zunyu highly praised Ruyang's breakthrough in the key technology research and development of "two-dimensional direct drive tracking turntable based on quantum (satellite) communication", and hoped that Ruyang would seize the opportunities of the development of the world's information and intelligent industry chain, closely follow the direction of the national, provincial, and municipal "14th Five Year Plan" for future new industry policy development, continue to strengthen independent technology research and development, adhere to the concept of collaborative innovation and development, and do a good job in intellectual property protection, in order to contribute to the high economic development of Jiujiang.
